Sports Development

Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, SUWake is the best way to get out on the water. We run weekly trips to our local cable JB Ski for insaneely cheap. We also occasionaly visit other cable around the UK and sometimes even venture to Thailand or Turkey. We are part of Uniwake and also attend all events run by them with all the other university wakeboarders from around the country.

Membership Information

These are the current membership plans offered by Wakeboarding, although many groups offer a free period for new members to try out their group.

  • Year Membership (£20)
    Membership to SUWake provides access to club wakeboards and bindings, for use by members anytime throughout the year. It also provides access to a heavily discounted rate at JBski, the cable wakepark we frequent. Finally, if you are a member, you can take advantage of any subsidies that are provided for competitions and system 2.0 clinics that are run.
