Dutton, from several Martial Art styles, incorporating the traditional animal-based forms, Shaolin Longfist, Pak Mei, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Baguazhang and Weaponry. Hung Leng Kuen develops health, focus, strength, flexibility, knowledge, ability, and self confidence for practical, on-the-street self defence and for those who wish to learn a traditional martial art. We run Traditional Kung Fu classes, Tai Chi classes, and FREE SELF DEFENCE classes all for students.
Our free self defence sessions are supported by Team Southampton in order to provide safety for the students of the University of Southampton.

The Combat Karate club is a part of Shiki Karate Do Kai, taught by Simon Budden and is affiliated with The British Combats association. The focus of the club is to apply modern techniques,practices and sports science to traditional karate. So that when outside of the dojo you can feel safer in a combat situation if you need to defend yourself.
